Artist Terry Ritter has captured the excitement of Mardi Gras in the flamboyant costumes and expressions of the Mardis Gras dancers. All over the world the celebration of life such as the Mardi Gras spirit is very much like the emotions of a dancer performing on stage ... the only difference is the world is their stage.

The Carnivale celebration in Brazil is one of the most colorful celebrations of costuming and dance in the world. Terry has captured the spirit of these performers and her paintings have adorned a few Brazilian restaurants in Las Vegas, bringing the energy of the Carnivale for an evening to the ambiance of the restaurant.
